Best book on the pick-6?

What is the best book out there - hopefully some sort of classic - that talks about playing the pick-6?

"How to Play the Pick 6" (I'm pretty sure that's the title) by Steven Kolb was a good read I thought.

has all exotic bets but roughly last third is on Pick 6
