If you are an American citizen of Latino origin and happen to get arrested for doing bad things simply claim you are an illegal. Instead of going to prison you'll get a free trip to Tijuana courtesy of Homeland Security.

A Utah man was arrested then deported after he said he was undocumented. Turns out, police said, he faked his illegal immigration status to avoid going to prison.
