Hey Handi.....how do we handle entries - there's a 1 1A at Mnr..do we get them both or just one?

You get them both but just one payout. Either wins you get what it pays. But if both hit the board you only collect once.


Also putting up the thread in a minute in the selections section.

Handi a problem no one has talked about...what if the selected track is cancelled for the day? a possibility for sure...can selectors use a track multiple times --maybe limit it to 2 times per track or something on that order....

Stu....about the only real fair way to handle a track cancellation I believe is to just cancel the day. Otherwise you have guys that will get the news in time to react and handicap a new track and others that won't. But if track cancelled and then we cancel the day also, no one is at a disadvantage.

But I am open to suggestions.... Just don't make me think too much. :)

And I don't care if we play tracks multiple times. It's up to the track selector where he or she cares to go.

Tom brings up something that could happen to a lot of players. If a choice is made early morning lots of players could get shut out.

Your the boss but if a track isn't designated 48 hours in advance maybe it should revert to a specific one that runs at night.

Just a thought to try and make it a level playing field I'm going to finish up the track anyway. :lol:

I have noticed that some contestants are not following the rules....
I was under the impression that picks had to be made 15 min before the first race.....I know it is hard to get picks in in time as I have missed a few days
yesterday because I was sick and another day I did all the capping and I
missed the deadline so I did not post.....some have posted a couple of races and
the rest later...I realize HANDI has not been feeling well so policing this is hard on him...but why have a rule if the people don't follow it.....most are good but..
I don't think this is nitpicking--if you think it is please respond accordingly..

Maybe somewhere we haven't been to yet, like Laurel, Finger Lakes, Beulah, Zia Park or for a later post Portland Meadows. The only later post times are the Mountain, where we have been to a couple of times and Penn National, which is the track Mistergee selected for the 23rd. Just some thoughts.
