The Euros look kinda old and cheap, the Aussies dont look like much. Does anyone that follow this have any insights?

Scott Ferguson (http://www.sportismadeforbetting.com/) provides a fairly complete analysis!

I like the combination of B Cummmings and and jockey Cassidy for the German horse Illo . Don't know if he can go the extra distance but the connections certainly have the experience with this race. Tullemore and Americain look to be in the mix.

I've watched enough Aussie racing to be dangerous,(to my bankroll)! Having said that:

Good luck!

Going with the 22 and/or 23. Betting in the North America pool means I get them both, as there is a 5 horse mutuel field.

Betting both Lucas Cranach and Mondun to win. Lucas Cranach ran against Danedream two races ago and went off at 7-2 in that race. I was impressed by Mondun's last race and I think he may like the distance.

Good luck all!

Wow what a race, 2 miles and it comes down to an inch or so. CP gets another major race to add to his resume.

Craig Williams had been riding the winner but was suspended for a careless riding infraction, allowing Christophe Lemaire to inherit the mount. He didn't know until 5 p.m. yesterday that he'd be riding him, never been to the track.

I guess Lemaire was in Japan riding so the trip wasnt as bad as I thought.
