can't download up dates

Hi guy's i can download from bris.But updates from mircosoft some come download some don't.This happens after enable norton security.Error80080100.When ask for details send me to buy something. I have windows7 64 bit.Any suggestion.? Would be appreciated thank you

It looks like some antivirus software could be affecting the successful installation of Windows 7 SP1.

Thanks for reply did google it tried those got rid of that problem and got new error msg 80070308.Which no one seem to have anything that worked.
When tried trouble shooter said all good.?
