An anvil falling off a cliff and onto your head is never lethal.

it taught us that when you run off of a cliff that you can just hang there in mid air for a good 5 seconds or so before gravity kicks in.

Interesting...

First, Wiley Coyote is my personal hero. He could be the patron saint of computer programmers. LOL

Nothing EVER works (the first time) but you keep on trying until it does work. For him, that is never. For programmers, well, eventually.

Wiley Coyote is my personal hero.

At least give the guy some respect.

It's Wile E. Coyote.

The only cartoon where I'd laugh uncontrollably...Every time.

Dave, I can remember the one and only time I had a non-trivial program work the first time and as intended. It was Pascal and a long time ago. Piece-wise refinement, baby, true in programming and in life.

LOL - Not so successfully.

Thanks for the "Wile E." tip. I had forgotten that.

I've seen the back side of some tee-shirts that says, yes, and with a vengence!

In the Grand Canyon the speed of sound is equal to the speed of light, because when Wile E. Coyote finally hits the canyon floor we hear and see the "poof" at the same time.
