Portland Meadows

Since moving north 6 years ago i am working on profiles for Portland Meadows and Emerald Downs. Since i am 10 minutes for PM i have been able to watch horses workout over the track and make some new connections here.

HTW today

Race 4) :3: Shamless Expense 10/1
Race 5) :6: Yo Syd--for Jerry Hollendorfer 4/1
Race 6) :6: Saintly Roar 8/1
Race 8) :1: Shame on Rosie 8/1
Race 9) :6: Dare Me Devil 6/1 --two solid workouts over the track and did it in easy fashion.
Race 10) :2: Meshuguna 2/1 for Jerry Hollendorfer--flew around the track the other day---Single for the late Pick 4

i have to give you alot of credit for being able to watch all those horses in the morning and put names on them, unless you were sitting in the stands with the clocker. in some of those races i wonder if you were able to compare those works with prior works over the track?

I have friends that are owners/trainers here and also down in southern california. Been in this game as past owner myself ( mostly in the et al part ).

Really didn't answer question...didn't see all of the workouts only those specific horses. And i was with a trainer friend of mine. He knew who the horses were..not me.

Dare Me Devil ran a good 3rd at big odds in race 9 and the single Mashuguna won in race 10..
