I'm sure that there must be a simple way to do this, but I've just forgotten how. I received a PDF attachment (a copy of an article from a newspaper) on an e-mail. How can I create a direct link to that attached file that I can post elsewhere?

Depends upon the size of the PDF?
If it's small and horse related, you may be able to do so here.

If it's larger you'll need to use one of the free file sharing sites.
RapidShare, Driveway and Easy Share are a few.

The file size is 1,513.6KB. (I did want to post the link to the file on PA.)

bigmack might have a better solution than I as I've never done what you are trying to do.
I have however converted Microsoft Word to PDF and I've found this site that allows you to convert PDF to Microsoft Word, or HTML.

you could always cut and paste it into a post............I think the limit here is 10k characters......... some PDFs are locked and you can't cut and paste.

Just for the record....... you can have your own domain and website pretty cheap nowadays.........and you can store whatever you want on it......pretty simple ..........about 10 bucks a month
