Capped the track dirt as Fast For beginners, I do reccommend using Twinspires.com because you can cancel your bets or adjust and is owned by Churchill so there are no capps on races unlike most books. Also, I reccommend to play Boxed Exacta's. My favorite bets are the Pick 3's and Pick 4's. If you want to cut cost, only play first 3 picks in the exotics. I will be playing $25 to win on 1st and 2nd pick, if 3rd or 4th pick is approaching 5-1 odds or higher, will play those. I will be playing $2 exotic bets also, boxed exacta's, boxed trifecta's,boxed superfecta's, Pick 3's and Pick 4's.

Im sorry to hear that. Did you play the pick 3's tonite? Those should of helped.
I had a very crappy day at Keeneland yesterday. Keeneland pays good but its very tough to handicap in my opinion.

It was better than the odds that's for sure. I had a rough day. Going big on R10.

I left out one of the winning horses on one of the pick 3's that screwed me up and then got in late on another. :(

I was playing live lines in the football game which killed me as well and that messed up my horse betting.

Some days are really good, and some are really bad. If you are just learning this game, I would only suggest to start small to build your bankroll up. Like playing boxed exacta's for $1 which cost $6 in a 3 horse selection. Play 1st pick to win and if odds are 4-1 or 5-1 or higher, play those. Be patient, but dont play everything right away. My favorite bets are the pick 3's and pick 4's.

I appericiate the thoughts. I think I play too many tris and supers. And I also play too many tracks. I'm playing 4 or 5 different threads picks. I lowered my unit play today but fished with $190 in winning wagers and $600 in losing wagers(about 100 wagers). Gonna have to regroup and stick to some strict rules.

If you like playing super's, most tracks offer 10 cent supers so boxing 4 of them cost $2.40. Thats a cheap way to play and also have some fun. Also, most tracks offer 50 cent tris also.
