Not very often, had a few bucks on that too on a whim - did not expect to hit that. Only happens 2-3 times a year for me. By the way your ROI is quite impressive. How do you structure the amounts for each horse? By pool totals?

Varies, lately it has been on. What is interesting that whatever method it is it also does well on foreign grass racing as well.

hi,
all bets are win bets.
the structured bets are based on my calculated probability.

tonight returned a dismal .76 roi.
throwing out the top valued horse (highest amount bet) in each race would have returned a 1.00 roi.
But i'm not sure that is the way to go.
I have not put everything into a data base format yet, so its difficult to really tell the best approach.

They key is comparing actual winners to expected winners
expected winners is the sum 1/(odds+1) for all horses bet.
tonight, there wrer 13 winners in 30 races
I might just check that for tonight plays
