I remember reading a thread (can't find it) where the phenomenon of the lowest claiming level (5k or so) was running faster times than the higher levels (7.5k or 10k). Can anyone point me to that thread and/or contribute to an explanation ?
I have been finding that happening at most of the tracks.
Carroll talks about this on his web site. Is there no such thing as a claiming hierarchy?
