Going to go back to Mountaineer and see if we can make up some ground. Start of a new week. Even with the disaster at SA we finished last week down $7.

So let's get that back tonight and more. See you at the first race.

Time for Mountaineer. Race 1 is a 2 yo sprint. You know how I feel about those bastards. I will post, but since we have a giant FAV here I will pass on the bet. Here's how it rolls.

Wasn't that a hoot. Winner in our top 3...:lol: Hate these damn 2 yo's. Glad I skipped this race.

R 2 looks like this: :10::7::9:

Parker rides the giant fav :10: and in these situations he either wins or doesn't hit the board. That happens more often than not. :10: does look like a monster here and since I am not a great bet structure dude... I'm going to try and beat the fav.

Win :7:&:9: I will put :10: over :7::9: for $1 exacta

The :10: was a true fav. No surprise there. but where did the :1: come fromat 90-1 so exacta got split. This is why I can't make money at this game. I can never seem to structure a bet right.

R 2 looks like this: :10::7::9:

I missed the #1. It had a decent early kick and a good pace number. I took 10-2-6 and nothing on the #2 when it had a decent early kick for 5 furlongs.

Most the Numbers I like are turning in to low odds so I'll guess I'll try the #1 horse on R4. Has a high middle kick and also has a good late pace figure.

How can I get so close with the :4: and not get a bet on it. The :8: turned out to be a complete bust. I was wary of the :3: but though the :8: would hit the board at least.

My power went out and so I am sitting here in the dark wigh my droid tablet. Guess I'm done for the night.

First day of rain and the friggin power goes out. Either that or the racing gods saw I actually hit a winner and said, that's it for him.
