So does Murray Rojas who claimed the horse. The fall looked bad and they way he fell progressively leads to bad outcomes. The soundness exams are being announced on all overnights and first day is OCT 4th. It needs teeth but could do nothing but help the horses if approached without political agendas. I pray the next few race days does not yield any unethical behaviors.
