Race One: In this first race, I like #4 Prince Shakra. All he appears to need do is stay flat in order to win this Green Acres opener. His 1:56.3 win speaks volumes about his chancing of winning his second straight (I love Cam's Card Shark-bred horses; Die Laughing is no sire slouch, either) If "Gentleman Jim"can guide him to the lead without too much effort, all he need do is ration out his speed the rest of the way. Others in order of preference are: #6 Narragansett (Do you New Englanders remember: "Hi neighbor, have a 'Gansett"). He finished second recently at the Delaware County Fair. Others to consider are: #3 Hang Ten and #5 Kings Point Grad.

Race Two: Is #3 Top Land ready? That is the question. Third start back after a layoff (if you include the qualifier). Driver switch from trainer to "Eric the Red" Abbatiello. That should improve horse's chances. If you go back to this past spring and summer, this horse put in some decent efforts at Harrington. Again, the question: Is she ready? The tote may provide some clues. Underneath, in order of preference, #1 Rachel Cuheno does draw the pylons. She won from the rail two races back. Should be abe able to hit tote. #5 Elloluv should be looking for the lead. A threat. Finally, #8 Queen Marie has been razor-sharp in this company. Can be part despite outside post.

Race Three: #2 Private Interview had no chance last time from the outside starting slot. Today, the horse move into the the two-hole. The husband-wife duo of Andy Ray and Julie Miller should get the job done. Underneath: #3 Born That Way is the main threat. The switch from Pinckney (he did win one, yesterday) to Baggitt is huge. Main threat. #1 Keep On Flyin is another horse who can hit the tote. #8 Sharkstune might surprise from the outside post.

Race Four: #2 Worldly Domination just missed as the odds-on fave at Pocono, last time. Can make amends with Jim Pantaleano. Underneath: #1 Western Avenue recently turned in an excellent effort in the slop at Chester. Can be right there. #3 Kathryn Dancer A has been most competitive at Yonkers in recent outings. Should be part of gimmicks.

Race Five: #1 Jazzy Hanover draws the rail. He can be very tough from there after a string of outside posts. The up-and-coming Harry "The Surfer" Landy can bring this horse home. Underneath: #3 Dylan Rocks with Nick Surick (I saw him on Jug Day being interviewed by Sam McKee) might just be part in this wide-open affair. Needed last. #5 Backwoods Boy put in a solid effort in last (just missed); can be part of your gimmicks. #8 Ethan's Journey could surprise despite outside starting post.

Race Six: #1 Ideal In Vegas should benefit from improved starting post. Closed well in last to get up for third. Underneath: #4 Mikeleh gets an improved starting post. Can close. Fourth in the Babic final. #2 Damsel In A Dress is also a factor here. Has hit the board in last three. Should not be ignored. #3 ThinkYouCanDance is another horse in sharp form; second and first in last two.

Race Seven: #4 Lobo Billy could suprise at a decent price. Ignore last from outside post. The race prior to that was outstanding at Freehold. Underneath: #2 Pass The Deck is a veteran campaigner with loads of back class. Another horse to consider is #1 Real Art. He draws "the pegs." Solid effort at Cheswter in last. Should be part of gimmicks. Finally, #6 GoGo Buckeye has been competitive in recent races. Might just surprise and add value to your exotics.

Race Eight: #5 Clearview Hanover looks the best in this highly competitive Green Acres race. Should benefit from "Cat-Man's" experience. Underneath: #4DontCryMeTheBlues just missed in his last after early interference. Another horse to be considered: #6 Southwind Meredith. He won his last in this kind of company as the 2/5 shot. #7 Tollfree Hanover gets Andy Ray Miller. This horse was a city-block back at the half; he ended up finishing third. Should not be ignored.

Race Nine: #3 Next Flight turned in a monstah race last time. Can repeat. Underneath: #2 Doggone Incredible needed his last. Can be right there. #1 Major At Heart has turned in two solid efforts in recent races. He's very much a factor. Finally, #4 Shoot First could possibly complete a tri or super.

Race Ten: #2 Little Michael B (Best Best) won the Babic final. Andy Ray Miller. Good starting post. Solid pedigree. As George & Ira Gershwin might have said: "Who Can Ask For Anything More?" Underneath: #3 Rock N'Roll Jet fits well in this company. Should hit tote. Also in the mix is the #4 Mortal Zin. He finished second in his last. Finally, #1 Fashion Shark might well pick up the pieces in the super.

Race Eleven: #2 ARockin Hanover has been either first or second in his last four. Nuff Said. Underneath: #6 Four Starz Q has hit the board in his last five. Main threat. #5 Shu Fu gets Andy Miller. That's a plus. Should not be ignored. #1 Top Doc gets a much improved post. Steve Smith, fresh off his 3,000th win, is no slouch.

Race Twelve: #4 Oscar Oscar had a solid qualifier at Pocono. If ready, he rolls. Underneath: #3 Three Ten is the main threat. It should come down to these two. #6 Goodbye Gary might just complete a gimmick off his best effort. Finally, #8 Fifty-Fifty could surprise and complete an exotic.

Race Thirteen: #4 TrueRoyalty won last. Should repeat. Underneath: #1 Mached Bills looks like a threat from the rail. #2 LeftAMillion A also figures to be part of the mix. #3 Melton Multimax could be the sleeper here with Andy Ray Miller. Finally, #6 Vintage Treasure can close to complete a gimmick.
