PDF ANNOTATOR QUESTION

Im interested in buying this product in order for me to use it on my pdf files and use it on my pdf racing from.69.95 customer rep said i could only use the unlock key code for one computer.Just didnt sound right.Anyone have any idea or does anyone have another suggestion,maybe a another software i could buy at office depot or staples.I want a software that i could use to mark up my pdf files instead of printing then using markers and pens.

The early versions of the FREE Foxit Reader offered an annotation tool.
The earlier versions did add a watermark to encourage the purchase of the full version of Foxit.

The current version I'm using (5.0) shows the tool, however I was unable to get it to function as I recalled.
