Have you contacted your ADW? Twinspires has RP but not LS. I am pretty sure they had LS TBs this summer.has some crazy Twinspires has some QHs meets like PRM. Texas has some crazy laws, so who knows.

it's making me mad too. i don't see remington anywhere on my ADW, and haven't all season. every race it seems like some bomb has come home and won. 2 30 dollar winners plus in 3 races already today

Remington is there just like every other track. Perhaps your location prohibits you from wagering on TX racing? I don't know what other explanation there could be. I've played Remington almost every day since the started.

TRC consulting AG

When HB 2271 became law this month, Texans could no longer legally wager online or by phone. But enforcement won't be immediate. TRC has been in conference with the state attorney general's office on effectively communicating and enforcing the law. You can wager that their meetings will produce a notification letter. It will instruct online gambling organizations to stop taking bets from Texas account holders.

The largest of these firms is twinspires.com, a Churchill Downs company. Asked by email how it has responded to the new law, the Kentucky-based enterprise did not reply before deadline.
