The Roger Stein Radio Show(Sunday 9-18-11),
has an interview with Billy Koch (T.O.C. Board of Directors) of Little Red Feather racing on his activities of group pick-6 tickets,TOC subsidizing the recent $50,000 add to the p-6 at Del Mar from TOC purse funds, the decertification effort, and why only some members of the TOC have voting rights, exceptions made of others, and some are denied.

It seems even Board Members of the TOC are not well informed .

The interview was absolutely horrible, The host tried to out do the guest and the guest tried to out do the Host.

Really nothing was said, except how his group can make as much money he can make off of his clan of investors and hitting a pick 6.

He didn't care one bit about the election and what the out come will be or the impact of Cal Racing.

My own impression was, how much money he can make and screw everyone else. A true TOC man and to hell with the game.

These are the type of people we have to get rid of and get members who will put the game first beyond anything else.
