I used to get this info from the old "Owl" site and from DMTC but no more. I am trying to trace lineage on a thoroughbred named "Our Native Lad" back to Native Diver. Can anyone help here?

2-Did you mean Native Dancer?

3-Are you sure it's not Our Native or Native Lad?

Our Native Lad, born in 1992 and California bred, shows this in the Horse table:

Dam: Chantilly Native
DamSire: Our Native
Sire: Looks Impressive

Our Native's sire was Exclusive Native.
Exclusive Native's sire was Raise a Native.
Raise a Native's sire was Native Dancer.

So Our Native Lad can be traced back to Native Dancer, who came from Polynesian.

Ah Ha! Native Diver, a gelding, is from Imbros, who is also from Polynesian.

That makes Our Native Lad and Native Diver related in an obscure way, but no cigar. He's probably more closely related to Kevin Bacon.

Years later and Ron saves my bacon again. Our Native Lad is now an equestrian trained performer and owned by my buddy's girfriend is still satvled in Califonria and nicknamed "Spanky." Thanks to all.
