Remedies for eye stye?

I've had this in the bottom pocket of my eye for 2 weeks. Went to the Dr and got ointment (erythromin ophthalmic ointment) been applying 5x a day for over a week. It has gotten worse it seems! Any ideas? Anyone get this?

Might be worth a call to the doctors office to speak to a nurse.

If you weren't told when to expect relieve when using the ointment, then the nurse should be able to give you some guidance along those lines. OTOH, if they did and you are not getting the expected results, they need to be told that. There could be another treatment available. Don't be afraid to ask questions and get some more help.
