Just what racing needs Another trainer juicing his horses I wouldnt let this guy anywhere near a track 12 violations (that they caught) C'MON!

John Marshall is a great down to earth guy. However, I think one of his biggest downfalls is that he's a little too trusting. Only time will tell in this case.

Second? He had 13 med violations between 2004 and 2009.

When i say 2nd chance, i'm basing that on the fact that he was only 'kicked out' one time. Seems like he's been cheating for a long time and then finally got kicked out and now is getting a 'second' chance.

If i was in charge of Calder i'd tell this guy one more drug positive you're banned for life.

But, that's just me.
