2y old Speightscity by Speightstown out of My American Girl out of Quiet American won a MSW going 1/1/8 mile on the dirt at Saratoga on 9/2. Won by 11 1/2! Did anyone see this, what do you think? :cool:

I think the point is MORE how the jockey rides the horse. If you notice, it was the same jockey Jav Castellano who rode Ask the Moon to victory in the Forego (1 1/8 M) Gr 1stakes) but here too.. the fast horse was DRIFTING quite a bit in the last furlong..

What do you think of that? Too fast a pace? Or is the horse going to be an overbet favorite which will fail to deliver at the next 1 1/8 race (if they race her at that)
