And then what? The guy goes OUTSIDE his house (to the street?) armed and shoots the armed SCAB perp in self-defense and then the crime victim is carted off to jail and charged for carrying a weapon in public and for assault with a deadly weapon (assuming he didn't kill the perp). He might get out of prison in ten years? But if he killed the guy, he'd probably get life? This is your answer?

And tell me this: When did you become such an advocate of armed self-defense or even armed for protection of property?

I guess the person that did this is unaware of the "truth in vandelizing law" that requires you to leave correct information. If he were made aware of it I am sure he would have left his correct NAME and Phone NUMBER.

1. This guy King has ten employees. IBEW local 8 has 2,000 members. Why would they care about adding one half of one percent to their membership? Why would they care enough to vandalize his car, much less shoot at him.

2. If someone else, like a disgruntled fired employee, wanted to vandalize Kings car, what better way to cast suspicion elsewhere than to write "Scab" on the car. John King would certainly be inclined to blame the union for any problems he had.

3. Although it is hard to tell which right wing blog initiated this report (They are all ridiculously incestuous), it appears that one of the first was laborunionreport.com. This is an Andrew Breitbart property and we all know how honest he is. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

We will most likely find out a) this was a disgruntled employee; b) the whole thing never happened; c)something happened but it was nothing like what was originally reported. Of course if any of these occur, we will nothing about it from any of the righty sites.

We don't know who the guy is. You don't know who the guy is. The fact that the word scab was written on the car means nothing. In fact it means less than nothing. If someone had a reason to slash John King's tires, what better way to throw the police off the trail than by writing that word. Especially if it was an employee who King fired.

On the other hand, if it was the union, they would have to be pretty stupid to draw attention to themselves.
