movies with my ipad2

i plug in the usb port and put them where? i would like to burn them to a dvd . how do i do it and if i need a program please recommend one. Just Ralph I can multitask with mine.... bought it a week ago I have never done video before. Thanks

It's a pain in the ass........that's why I normally use Netflix on it........no converting etc.
