Unbelievable. How does a college kid not qualify for food stamps? Based on parents income? So, would he also be getting his own stamps then. It sounded like she was giving what she gets to her dad in the article. I'm shocked that only 30,000 kids get it in Michigan given the number of college students that state has. I would attribute that to most people not knowing about it or even thinking they could get away with it.
