I caught this in the Oct BRIS newsletter:
"Keeneland and Belmont will alternate post times this fall," Nicholson continued. "On most days, races will be spaced about 15 minutes apart, enabling simulcast patrons a greater opportunity to watch the post parade and wager on their selection."
They are also lowering the takeout on all wagers for the fall meet to 16%. It looks to me like Keeneland is finally attempting to 'get it right.'
