TS video worse than usual today?

My luck with TS video is usually pretty bad but today seems worse than normal. Anyone else having trouble?

Tried logging in to the alternate site but am still experiencing the same flakey video.

Twinspires - no video at all now, from any track, the last 5-7 minutes or so, 16:15 CDT.
