Big 12 AD's voted unanimously to prohibit broadcast of High School games for one year on the Longhorn Network. Bob Stoops had previously remarked he wasn't allowed to put pictures of recruits on the Jumbotron. The big 12 also urged the NCAA to adopt this policy nationwide.
