Going to try Saratoga today since Delaware is dark. All forms of wagering is available at Delaware. Capped the dirt track is Fast and Turf is firm. For beginners, I do reccommend using Twinspires.com because you can cancel your bets or adjust and is owned by Churchill so there are no capps on races unlike most books. Also, I reccommend to play Boxed Exacta's. My favorite bets are the Pick 3's and Pick 4's. If you want to cut cost, only play first 3 picks in the exotics. I will be playing $20 to win on 1st and 2nd pick, if 3rd or 4th pick is approaching 5-1 odds or higher, will play those. I will be playing $2 exotic bets also. Let's hope its windy so the money trees make the money fall our way!!

Race 2 - I also like #8 as a longshot but for certain will not get those odds due to such a short field. Like your attempt for fences in Race 1 - can't touch that---LOL.

I get where you coming from with the #2, im constantly throwing away favs and chasing better odds, it doesn't always work but when it does the pay-offs are worth it.
