Heading out to Delmar on a Sunday afternoon! Playing $20WP and rolling the pick3's for a buck!

Race -1 6.5 F MSW to kick off the card. My figures point to the :2: in the opener. Knight trainee 28% right back after losing as the fav last out. Nice 5f work for this July 16th. :2: :5: :3:

Race -2 1 Mile on the turf course for 40000 claimers to complete the daily double. I like the :6: in here for O'Neil and Garcia. Should sit a great trip in here and pounce. :6: :7: :1:

Race -3 6 F MC30000 for 3 yrd old n up. My numbers show the :7: for Sadler with Gomez up. Has the right style for this track and Sadler hits 25% in Maiden claiming races. :7: :1: :2:

Race -4 1 Mile 1/16th on the turf for Alw63000n1X. We're going with the :8: in here for Mullins with Chantel up. 2nd time off the shelf(18% move) and this one has a bullet work coming in. Stalker get perfect draw for this. :8: :2: :4:

Race -5 6F MC20000k full field here. I like the :6: at 9-2 for Solis who strikes at 25% when dropping down one class. Gets the services of hot jock Gomez for this. :6: :2: :10:

Race -6 1 Mile on the turf. The California Dreamin Stakes. Our figures point to the :7: to win right back. Looked great off the shelf last out and has worked well since for good trainer. :7: :1: :4:

Race -7 5.5 F MSW for Cal-bred 2yr olds. We like the :1: Half of uncoupled Miller entry ran a respectable 3rd last out for 20% next out trainer. Wouldnt not be surprised if the :5: is tough here as well. It's Miller 1-2 I think. :1: :5: :4:

Race -8 1 Mile G2 Event here. I'm shooting for the :5: in here for Walsh. Looks on paper to be the best of these and should get a good trip in here. :5: :2: :9:

Race -9 6F 16000n2L to go home with today. I'm heading out the door with the :1: at 8-1 ML with P Val up. Drops down for 17% trainer on the drop and switches from turf to AW surface for 20% trainer there. :1: :9: :7:

Quick question, answer if/when you have free time : How long does it take you to handicap a card? I noticed that you have posted 3 tracks today..all with comments, are you pen/paper or computer oriented? thanks rbj

I am a form guy. I handicap with pen and paper and I don't type very quick. :) It takes me about 30-45 min. to get a good feel for each card. Although I make most of my selections off my own adjusted speed figures. After being in this game for over 20 years, I have found I am better not to limit myself to a certain style of handicapping I.E. trip..speed figures..trainer angles..I incorporate a lot of different styles to try and get a clear view of how I think the race will unfold. That was a lot of rambling I hope I answered your question?

I really like the :1: Norvsky to come back and get the W today in the 6th. Price is way too short for my liking though(which surprises me) so I'll be watching from the sidelines this time.

Race 6 I was surprised to see the :7: goes to the lead as I thought he would be better just off the pace today. Still alive in the pick 3 with our 2nd selection winning.
