I had a silly night as well :blush: ....On thurs when I got the past performances for Sat nite's Mohawk Card, I spotted the type of play that I simply love.....This girl was taking a major dip in the conditions, and had bangup triple back to back late pace numbers....So, for the next 3-days, I kept saying "Voelz Hanover" @Mohawk, several times a day at that, haha......So, here is where it gets silly....I never pulled the trigger !!!...And, for the life of me, I have no rhyme or reason why that was....I just didn't fire at it....$26.00 and change and I completely missed it.....I am still brooding about that one, very still......ouch....:bang:

I will forgive myself for that, I always do, but double digits don't grow on trees these days....

I kinda made up for it tho...I caught a "GIFT" at The Meadows, in an elim for the "Adios", with the final going next Sat.....$5.20 for "Dragon the Custard" was a nice prize...He kicked ass in that one....Wink nAtcha, paid the price for his big effort in the same race that Custard came out of, the M1 pace...He sat a weak 2-hole trip and simply slinked off into oblivion in the homelane...I didn't play him, but so glad he wasn't priced higher, I would've lost that one....

My only other play of the nite ,was an off the pace special in the 12th...It only paid $33.60 for the 8/5 box, but it did make me feel somewhat better at missing out on Voelz.....Only a little tho...
