The first day of the Saratoga meet today. All forms of wagering is available at Indiana Downs tonite. Track is Fast and Turf is Firm. For beginners, I do reccommend using Twinspires.com because you can cancel your bets or adjust and is owned by Churchill so there are no capps on races unlike most books. Also, I reccommend to play Boxed Exacta's. My favorite bets are the Pick 3's and Pick 4's. If you want to cut cost, only play first 3 picks in the exotics. I will be playing $20 to win on 1st and 2nd pick, if 3rd or 4th pick is approaching 5-1 odds or higher, will play those. I will be playing $2 exotic bets also. Let's hope its windy so the money trees fall our way!!

Thanks Rub!. I liked it even more since I thought we could get 4-1 and when it was hovering around 5-1 thought we had a good shot at winning. Ended up getting 9-2 which is 4.5. Got really nice prices on this race and almost got a Huge Superfecta if the 7 would of got in there.. Nice job that you were on them with me.

Race 5--My top Pick #8 think would be at 5-2 odds is hovering around 3-1, so really like my top pick to win again..Im putting in an extra $100 W/P on #8!! The only thing is ther are 6 First time starters in this race, so who knows.

Unfortunately I didn't play the pick 4 which only paid $865!! :bang: :bang: I mean I'm happy with where I'm at, but ya know for $2 I hit it cold and didn't bet it!! Recap: Well the first few races were good to us ecspeccially race 3 when we cashed some really nice ones. Ended up having a bad day but its always difficult on 1st day of meet. Total tickets cashed yesterday was $1,371.50.
