7th Race

#3 Polite And Cozy 6-1 rounding back towards his top, which is very strong here.

Also using #4 A.B. Blacker 7-1 who is the lone early speed, and although his final figs are a bit slow, there's a chance he could get on the front with a soft pace and hang on for a solid piece of the purse.

8th Race

#1 Cool Cat Shoes 12-1 Nice looking pattern to start his career. This will be his 4th start and he's yet to move backwards and gets fair rest into this one. Only a couple points slower, he'll have the rail and 5 pounds from the older contenders.

Also will be using #3 Eli's Gold 6-1 who appears to be rounding back into form. His best will be very good here.

9th Race

#4 Gimmealife 6-1 is drawing some action here and rightfully so IMO. Ran a 42 at Fair Grounds in early March, shipped to Evangeline and popped a new top of 44. Reacted to that effort but in just 2 months has already been able to get back to 40 and now comes into this one with 3 weeks off. Strong win bet here for me.

A couple others can run around 40, for example the favorite #1 U Belong To Me, but he has a high bounce potential based on his last effort and short rest. #5 Debris has a huge 45 at Fair Grounds but has struggled to get back to it. It took him 11 months to get back to the last time he popped a fresh new top.

Everybody else is stuck in the 35-38 area.
