OK, Help Me Keep the ball rolling

I wasn't going to even play tonight, but decided to throw a measly $20 in while my wife went shopping. I bet $18 on a few races and bet the last $2 on the SH pick 4. Lost it, but had 3/4 and got $4.40 back :-)

Then my wife came home and I told her to pick an exacta on the next race that came up, it was AUS B R2, she hit it for $37

So now I need a nice big longshot to parlay this into a nice night (I cannot motivate myself to handicap anymore tonight..)

If I can get this up to $1000, its 10% commission to the one that puts it over top :-)

Sometimes she will look at a harness program with me and say "Box these 2 horses for me, they are the 2 fastest in here"

As I chuckle and say "Ok, sure", I think 'She thinks that all you have to do is find the 2 fastest horses in the race, ha ha"

Then, as her two horses cross the line 1-2, I think to myself, I need a new hobby..
