Ok, we get to kill at least on scumbag........
This slug murders and rapes a young girl and guess who runs to his defense?

Obama. And other pea-brained democrats.
Trying to tell Texas that they UN is more important.

What the most left-biases "news" organizations fail to report is the the treaty does not apply at all in this case. When he made the statements, he was in a non-custodial mode, meaning, the treaty cannot be used.

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_...712-503544.html (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20077712-503544.html)

As always, the POS N Chief sides against America. Instead of rolling over and assuming the universal position for "come get some" the moron should have been strongly defending Texas and telling the world that the treaty was not a factor and why, and assuring them all that American citizens will be denied their rights at that nation's own peril.

Another thread got some expected resident lib mocking when it was suggested that Obama is diminishing this country. This is how he is doing it.

But the court says no, and the trash will be killed, as he should be.
Hats off to Texas. THEY stand for Americans.

This article better explains the rationale behind requesting the stay:

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/obama-asks-stay-execution-texas-165829939.html

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has rejected requests from the United Nations high commissioner for human rights, diplomats, judges, former President George W. Bush, retired military officials and now, the Obama administration, to stay the execution.

Not if you ever planning on traveling in Mexico. The way we treat Mexicans in this country has an effect on the way Mexico will treat Americans in theirs. I think this Scumbag had lived far to long, but we should have found a way to execute him without endangering Americans abroad. Of course if you never leave the USA, then you don't have to worry.

The only US people going to Mexico should be our armed forces, to take it over and end the threat it poses. It is a roques nation with a criminal government. Nothing good comes from allowing them to exist as a nation not under our domination.

How many Americans have been killed in Mexico already, with many others mistreated? Many parts of Mexico are considered unsafe and not recommended for travel. Our jails and prisons are loaded with Mexican nationals, many more of them are awaiting execution. Mexico is a nation descending into anarchy, and we have dealt with them for far too long with kid gloves. Perhaps we should give serious consideration to going back and finishing the job we started in 1846-1848. Hoorah for Rick Perry and Texas. Perhaps once again Mexico needs to know the meaning of "Los Diablos Tejanos".

Is George W. a POS too?

Of course his is, has been for a long time.
Search here under my name... Bush+POS.
Must be a hundred posts about why.

Remember the two border guards he refuse to pardon?
Case clsoe. Bush was a POS traitor who bowed to Mexico like Obama bows to everyone.

I have no doubt in my mind Bush will burn in hell, and it gives me a warm a fuzzy to believe that. He deserves to.

Mr. Garica was not the first nor will be the last to play the "violate international law" card. And in the words of Bobby Fuller "I fought the law
and the law won" ;)
Texas, the nation's most active death penalty state, has executed other condemned foreign nationals who raised similar challenges, most recently in 2008.
In 2005, President George W. Bush agreed with an International Court of Justice ruling that Leal and 50 other Mexican-born inmates nationwide should be entitled to new hearings in U.S. courts to determine if their consular rights were violated. The Supreme Court later overruled Bush.

Like it or not that is the law here  The family of Adria Sauceda(RIP) had to wait 17 years for justice. Gov. Rick will get more support now in his unofficial bid for the 2012 GOP Presidential Nomination, just the way things work.

If you get arrested abroad now, Don't expect to get to talk to the American Consulate. Rick Perry says no one has the right to talk their consulate. If goes for Mexicans here, it goes for Americans traveling anywhere. Thats the way the world works.

That is not true. The treaty does not apply here because he gave statements when he was not under custodial status.

Please provide a link where GWB requested this particular murderer not be executed... I doubt you can.

You're referring to a 2007 request he made. Abbott (our AG) told him to go pound sand. GWB is still picking sand out of his ass over that episode.

We deal with murderers here the same way you do in Okla. Punishment fits the crime. Deal with it

I can't speak for the rest of the world but if you are arrested in Mexico contacting the American consulate is pointless.

THEY DON'T CARE.

Unless you can get the attention of your U.S. Representative or Senator you're on your own, jack.

And, I've heard tell it's like that most everyplace... and probably should be.

You might ought to ask US citizens that spent time in Mexican prisons the past 30 plus years for piddling offenses. They don't give a shit down there if you survive or not. If the prison authorities can get 10k or more for your release, that's the only way to get out in a short period of time.

A supplier of mine said she was put in a Mexican jail (not prison) for having another driver run into her car. She wasn't fed. None of the prisoners in that jail were fed. If you were going to eat, the food was going to come from someone outside the jail (family, friends), and the guards ate whatever they pleased of the offerings....if a foreigner (us citizen) was to eat, you had to be on good terms w/ an inmate b/c sharing their food was the only way to eat

Your opinions on "oh boy it's gonna be reeeal bad now" is laughable
