july 3rd colonial 9th, IMORTAL EYES just broke the track record impressively on dirt. i remember this horse in new york a few years back and knew he was loaded with talent and could never put it together back then early in his career.

Since they run about 10 dirt races a year, I wouldn't put much stock in the track record. The horse is ok, but he won't be winning any G1 sprints.

He almost beat Ventana on the Preakness undercard. Hes a very nice horse who has been winning in bunches at some of the lesser mid-Atlantic tracks and otherwise holding his own.
