You have to keep trying. It'll work after a while.

Not good for DRF.

Formulator web always crashes on the weekend, drf doesn't put a cent into its IT infrastructure.

DRF has been having server issues for the past two months. It was essentially down for a full hour yesterday evening.

They will probably respond by raising prices yet again.

Cannot believe how awful their service is now. I pay $150 per month for formulator, which in and of itself is a ridiculous price. When I want to use it, I can't because they don't have enough server space to handle a typical weekend of activity. I firmly believe DRF is one of the worst businesses in the country, as it relates to its treatment of its customer base. Insane prices, poor service and try to contact them directly with an issue....good luck. They purposely do not list a direct number for customer service.

A good business would refund all cards to all players which were impacted by server outages. The fact that they won't do this is due to the fact that they don't have to in order to keep their customer base. There is no competition, so, they could care less.

The whole idea behiond Formulatore - web based software - to me, is idiotic.
The web is just not reliable for too many people.

Betting on the web is pretty miserable many days.

I am sometimes half tempted to go to the track and miss all the agravation.

Im saving it as a file, and reading the pps from there, which takes all the features away in which i pay for.Simply never ends ,racing the only game where they dont give a shit on how they treat the customer, they know we will be back.

I used to have theunlimited plans all year at DRF. Thier service is so piss-poor I never even look at them anymore, other than Sim Daily, unless, here and there, I need the RP ratings for CJ figs. Then, it is the old Formulator. I have no interest in the web one.

I had trouble too. This isn't uncommon lately. I bet through Twinspires so I get free Brisbet, but I just love DRF. I spend alot on DRF pps; I wish the customer service was better.
