Not sure exactly you are saying here. Why are you using the $2 amount?

let say I told you I have a $2 pick 4 ticket on the nine horse and each $. 50 cent ticket was paying $ 680 and there only $2040 to give back to the winners
so $680 *4 = 2720 the pool total was 2599 . minus takeout
so it possible that I bet it offshore . or I am lying about having a $2 winning pick 4 ticket
