Net Pool Pricing and breakage

Does any one which tracks do NOT use Net Pool Pricing on their show Pools?
Also does anyone know which tracks still have $2.20 minimum payoff ?

That's actually a very important question for place and show bettors. At one point, I was paying close attention to the issue, but all the major tracks were slowly changing to Net Pool Pricing. That didn't work to my advantage because most of my place bets were on shorter priced horses. Between that, the loss of more attractive rebates, and higher takes, I was forced to reduce my place wagering significantly.

Off the top of my head, I can only think of three: Arapahoe, Lebanon, and Buffalo. The latter two are harness tracks.

Again, off the top of my head: Massachusetts (Suffolk Downs and Plainridge), Colorado (Arapahoe), Iowa (Prairie Meadows), West Virginia (Charles Town and Mountaineer).
