How does that horse not come down? Wins by the smallest of margins and bumps the second place horse at the wire coming over 2 or 3 paths. With that small of a margin and the interference being definite how is the horse not taken down?
Has to be because it was Juan Vazquez horse....what a joke. Horse drifted badly last time and this time drifts and jock does nothing to try to steer him back straight or to the clear on the inside.

I watched the reply and you are 100% CORRECT! It's only because there is a serious horse shortage at Del and Vasquez is able to fill those infamous 5 horse fields that he gets the blind eye. I'm sure the jock claimed he "slipped" on the sloppy going

The horse he fouled is trained by Gary Capuano and he's based out of Bowie,spotting his horses to win, not just making races go and pick up a minor share.
