For those unaware of it, there is free live video of the Woodbine races at this link:

Can someone confirm if that Woodbine video link also works from a USA location? If so, that's great, because in the past I think only Canadian residents could join their betting company, i.e. HPI. Thus, only Canadian residents could access the live video via the HPI site in the past.
