about 408 in the video, pic # 3 is a new tecnique for cooking called
"Sous-Vide". the food is vac-packed, then cooked for a few hrs or a short time in a controled water and temp. we have one at work. t keller(sp) "french laundry" uses it for fish and it cooks in 15-20 mins. we use it for 1/2 chickens. reminds me of a "aquarium" as the food moves as the water circulates.
