Report/Listing of Superfecta Races

Since superfectas are not universally offered, is there a report or listing available somewhere which would show (only) the superfecta races available for a given day?

even when offered, the tracks have different minimum bets

10 cents, 50 cents, dollar ..


and I think there is a minimum horse requirement at most places

If you use BRIS, you can use the custom card feature and filter by wagers type.
