Did anyone see an announcement from Tioga's website, facebook or PaceAdvantage about their stopping the Pick-6 guarantee Pool that they have been promoting like hell since last year? Today, they put in a pick-4 and no longer will have the Pick6...for I, who used to look up to their marketing department, have lost faith in them.
Seems they are just like the other snake oil sales people in the biz,,,,do and say anything to get you to buy in but when it comes time to inform about changes, they look the other way as if we, the consumer no longer matter. I for one will not take this without any effects. I today pulled Tioga from my list of tracks and will not longer support a track that pulls the rug out from under you. All they needed to do is post up just like they did every day on Facebook, PaceAdvantage (even to the point of providing free pp's which is against the USTA wishes) or their website. They simply do not deserve my support. Do as you will with regard to this track but my free selections have ceased.
For some positive news, Ocean Downs opens tonight with post time at 7pm. I believe that tonight will set some attendance and handle records at the sumertime oval as they cancel all but the stakes last year during the renovations and building of the casino.
