i just checked twinspires for ocean downs and they take it there.

Ocean Downs program lists all races as having 10¢ Superfectas

but "I Bet Harness" and "TwinSpires" ADWs won't accept the wager.
(Twin even has the option available, then after you try and bet, it rejects it)

This is another example of an industry run by MORONs
