Yeah, stupid. Wouldn't it have been a lot simpler to just say, "Hey kids we are worried that this will be a distraction to drivers. Would you mind moving it up the street a bit?"

The first thing I wondered was how did county officials find out about a tiny lemonade stand. Did the guy who has the Lemonade concession at the Open complain?
