Flat Out appears to have more than he has shown so far. He is a legitimate bomber in a bulky and well matched field. Going to play him WP and box with Regal Ransom.

damnit gary lol.

i have been waiting for this race ever since like last december when he came back via fair grounds.

i always thought crown of thorns had a world of talent. i think he is the best horse in the race and if he is right he wins.

Gotta admit I didn't like this race when I looked it last night. I thought it was one of the Favs for sure. Then I decided differently when I realized a bunch of equally matched horses were going to be entering the lane together. The one horse I thought would not be blowing would be the :8:

I hoped he would get more pace, but he got just enough. Gotta admit I wasn't sure he was going to get there. I was cussing the rider for going 9 wide.

Cashed pretty well. Thanks for the kudos

If you are the owner, you feel great. But don't you have to think why the hell did it take the trainer 28 races and into his 6 year old year before he put Pool Play on dirt? Casse goes south in the winter. Couldn't he at least tried the horse on dirt at GP, Tampa or even Fair Grounds?

and it's not like silver deputy didn't sire a hall of fame mare named silverbulletday or anything who was a world class dirt filly or anything.

He was waiting for the big score!!!
