NEED SOME HELP

Sometimes my computer will go into sleep mode and never gets up. I have to shut it off for a minute or two and restart it.


Does anyone know a solution?

It is annoying.

Turn off the sleep mode. That should be in the POWER OPTIONS settings somewhere.

Some years ago when I worked as an IS manager, had this same problem with WIN98 PCs. Just turned off the sleep mode and it stopped happening.
