Had one of those days at Belmont yesterday. 3 On top winners..alot of 1st n 3rds in the exacta boxes. We'll fire some more bullets today. As always $20 WP on top tick and $5 Exacta box top 3.(Picks made before scratches and on turf).
Race -1 Tough race to start the day. I've landed on the :2: for Walder in here. Takes a small drop in class with the switch back to dirt and puts the blinkers back on today. Walder hitting 32% 2nd start with a new claim. :2: :6: :5:
Race -2 Mdn 5F sprint greets us here. We're going with the :5: in here. Well bred 1ster from the Pletcher barn. Love the work May14th going 5f in 1:00Bg. sire 15% first time winners. Gets it done here. :5: :2: :1:
Race -3 1Mile Mdn event for NY breds has us looking for a price in here. Found one in the :2: at 6-1 ML. Ran a fan closing 3rd last out rallying from 10th.Stalker could be close up today with only 5 to pass today. Gets up! :2: :3: :4:
Race -4 1Mile Turf Alw25k here draws a field of 8. I'm going with the :5: . Looks like the speed of the field in here going long on the turf the 1st time. Trainer Ryan 14% dirt to turf and 21% 2nd career route race. Catch if catch can. :5: :3: :8:
Race -5 6f inner turf sprint. We've landed on the :6: Probable chalk vs. these. 7 yr old has gotten freakishly good since the layoff running back-to-back huge turf races at Atl and Pim. Gets Ramon up and trainer McMahon 19% 3rd start off the layoff. :6: :1: :7:
Race -6 1 1/16 on the turf Mdn compact field of 7 and we're going with the :1: . Been knocking on the door and may have caught the right field today after a tough beat 2nd last out. :1: :2: :3:
Race -7 6f back on the inner turf for 35k Clmn2L. The :4: is my pick in here at 4-1. Makes his 3rd start off the shelf for Plesa hitting 19% 3rd out. Ships in from Mon for turf debut (13% 1st turf for Plesa). Has speed but doesn't need the lead..like the options Prado has here. :4: :3: :1:
Race -8 6.5F Wandering Cloud Stakes gives us a tough field of 6 to cap. I've landed on :4: . Chalk looks tough to me on the cutback for Hushion hitting 16% on the cutback. Ramon takes the mount. Good as gold here. :4: :1: :3:
Race -9 Another 6f inner turf race to complete the day and we're going home with :5: . 0 for 13 Mdn has finally caught the right field to get it done. Drops down in class and owns the right style for this course. :5: :7: :9:
Good Luck N Good Racing From The KidCapper.
