See You at Peelers, the undefeated filly will go up against the boys in the 21st Art Rooney Pace at Yonkers Raceway Saturday, June 4. She has been flawless in her 3 year old campaign and should be lights out against the bullies on Saturday.

Since 1989 when the Art Rooney Pace started, no horse has entered that race with a perfect lifetime record. She will also be the first filly to race in the Art Rooney.

What are your thought's about this race and who do you like?

She jogs here....assuming the pilot stays outside the pylons this trip. Not even sure Big Jim wants any of her right now. Later in the year may be another story. Both camps would be wise to avoid one another, as the days of this type of match race are long gone.
After uncorking a .49.2 trip, how much can they go to beat her? Noone has shown that type speed as yet in the 3yr old ranks.

Agreed. No one touches her on talent right now.

For her lifetime PP's (for those who have not seen them), they are here.

Driver change is of some concern here, albiet minor. I know the guy has some history with her, and that counts for something. With everything on the line this year, I would prefer going up a notch as far as pilots.

it seems that it's becoming good luck to use a reference to strippers when naming, un-raced fillies.

first you got "lisa's boobytrap", and now "see you at peelers" !

As long as Marcus keeps her inside the pylons I don't see why she can't win. The Yonkers are much more strict with the pylon violations than Tioga so if what happened Sunday happens at Yonkers the judges won't hesitate to throw a DQ in the mix.

A $50.00 dollar fine and results stand was a joke. As much as we cry about the rules around here, I am surprised no thread.....
