Do you have to pay for 'fresh geldings' at Churchill?

Hollywood Park has the official program on their website, you can click on the link and look at the bottom of the pgm to see fresh geldings or any other changes that might not be on the television scroll. I didnt see the same info on the Churchill website. Does anyone know how to get the gelding report from CD?
